jus ad rem 〈拉〉 (1)(罗马法)对物权 根据契约或债务而产生的对特定财产的权利。通常权利人不占有该财产,其权利的实施依赖于特定人的义务的履行,区别于物权或对世权〔jus in rem〕。后者是可对抗一切人的对物的完全支配权。(=ius ad rem) (2)(教会法)限制物权 依据任命或制度而取得的对物的权利。不同于完全的所有权即物权〔jus in re〕,后者来源于对有形财产的占有。 (→jus in re)
