jus proprietatis 〈拉〉非占有的财产权或所有权 在罗马法中,亦称为持有或握有,区别于占有权〔jus possessionis;right of possession〕,因其不实际占有甚至没有占有的权利,故也被称为有名无实的权利。 (→jus merum)
