Lanham Act 〈美〉《拉纳姆法》 即美国联邦商标法。该法于1946年7月5日被签署为法律，于1947年7月5日生效，并以众议院民主党议员弗里茨·加兰·拉纳姆〔Fritz Garland Lanham〕的名字而命名。它规定了一套全国性的商标注册制度，并对联邦注册商标的所有人给予保护，禁止他人使用相同的商标，以防止出现商品出处的混淆。该法除了调整商标、服务商标、集体商标、证明商标的注册与保护外，还包括禁止对未注册商标、商号与商品装潢的侵犯，禁止虚假广告以及商业诽谤。《拉纳姆法》的范围与各州的普通法相互独立和平行。亦作「Lanham Trademark Act」。
