leges barbarorum 蛮族法 中世纪日耳曼各族法典的统称。指从公元5世纪起入侵罗马帝国的日耳曼主要民族的法律。虽然被称为法典或法典汇编，实际上只是当时部落习惯法的汇编而并非制定法。这些法律大约在5世纪至9世纪之间完成，除盎格鲁-撒克逊法是用本族语言外，其他均以拉丁文编写。其内容既不完整也不系统，只是对各种事项的约定俗成的习惯的陈述。如：对杀人、殴击、盗窃牲畜等应予以赔偿。
