lemon law 〈美〉次品汽车买主保护法；产品质量法 １一种旨在保护购有低于标准要求之汽车的消费者的制定法。通常规定消费者有权要求汽车制造商或销售商更换汽车或按全价退货。几乎所有的州都实施了这种法律；２扩展于指用以保护购有质量低劣之商品的消费者的各种法律，在这个意义上又可称为产品质量立法。
