Lex Aebutia
Lex Aebutia (罗马法)《阿布兹法》 指公元前150年之后的一项罗马制定法。该法认可或者正式引进了替代更古老的口头诉讼〔legis actio〕程序的程式诉讼程序。因而，该法大大地加强了司法官〔praetor〕采纳新的诉讼程式的权力。 (→legis actio)
