lex Plaetoria 〈拉〉(罗马法)《普勒托里亚法》 公元前3世纪制定的一部保护未成年人免受欺诈的法律。它规定,凡从未满25岁的人那里获利者,都要受到惩罚,与该未满25岁的人之间的交易可以宣告无效。它还允许12岁至25岁的人在特定条件下申请指定监护人,并由此监护人批准被监护人与他人的交易。
