(英格兰古法) (1)年金令状 由文秘署发至财政署官员们的原始令状,要求支付年金或其他款项。 (2)释囚令状 指令监狱看守〔gaoler〕释放已提供保释金之罪犯。 (3)交付令状 指令郡长交付因某人未履行具结〔recognizance〕事项而被没收的个人财产;当估价性质的执行令针对市场中心债务证书〔statute staple〕签发后,债务人〔debtor or conusor〕的财产被郡长没收,名义上交至国王手中〔into the king’s hands〕,并由陪审团估价,债权人〔creditor or conusee〕只有再申请此交付令状〔liberate〕方能从郡长手中依此估价获得上述财产,当然他可以不接受该估价。 (→statutes staple and statutes merchant)
