lost or not lost 不论灭失与否条款；灭失或不灭失条款 海上保险单中的一项条款，由此可使承保范围扩及保险单生效日期之前发生的损失。例如，商人购买海上运输中的货物投保时，该船舶业已发生事故，按该条款，该保险单可使该商人有权向保险公司要求赔偿航行中所受之损失，但以被保险人投保时不知情为条件。该条款同样适用于保险标的物为船舶的情形。
