marine protest 海上事故证明书；船长证明书 因发生海上事故或灾难导致船舶或货物灭失或受损后，船长经宣誓作出的书面证明，其目的是说明根据当时情况，灭失或损害是由于海难或其它非船长或船舶所有人的责任造成的，从而船舶所有人对此项灭失或损害不承担任何责任。
