Miller Act

Miller Act 〈美〉《米勒法》 1935年颁布的联邦制定法,前身为1894年《赫德法》〔Heard Act〕。依照该法,任何人在获得美国政府发包的金额超过2 000美元的公共建筑或公共工程建设、改造或修缮合同前,均应向政府提供履约保证和付款保证,以保护合同项下劳务和材料提供者的利益。
