minitrial n. 诉讼外公断；非讼公断 一种民间的、自愿的、非正式的、类似法庭审判的争议解决方式。由争议双方的律师各自准备简略案件材料并提交给有权解决争议的中立的第三方和对方的代理人，由他们根据律师的陈述来寻求解决争议。第三方可就争议的结果作出参考性意见。
