mutiny n. 叛乱;叛变 以暴力、欺骗或恐吓的方式篡夺船舶之指挥权的非法行为。违抗船舶上的官员,进行静坐、罢工并且取得船舶的所有权,即为构成该罪初步证据的行为。此罪也指在军队中抗拒长官的权力,扣留军官或服从其他人的命令等。军法条例对叛变一向视为严重的罪行而且处以重刑。
