nihil est 〈拉〉什么都没有 这是行政司法官〔sheriff〕在无法执行令状时将令状交回法院时的回呈用语。意即：「无法执行」。亦作nihil est inventus(什么也没有找到)，但后者不及前者全面。 (→nihil)

nihil est
