notice statute 〈美〉善意买主权利优先法 登记法〔recording act〕的一种。它规定,成立在先的财产转让文书,如其未经登记,则不能对抗此后的善意买主〔bona fide purchaser〕,只要该人已支付对价并且对于在先发生的财产转让不知情。在该等制定法中,善意买主也可以指善意的债权人或抵押权人,并且无论在后的善意买主登记与否,其权利都优先于在先发生的权益。美国半数以上的州均有此法。 (→race statute; race-notice statute)
