nudum pactum 〈拉〉 (1)(罗马法)裸体简约 指不受法律保护、当事人没有诉权的简约〔pactum〕，但可以产生自然债务，也可作为抗辩的理由。 (2)无对价契约 普通法术语，指建立在单纯允诺的基础上无对价〔consideration〕支持的协议。除非以盖印的方式作成，否则当事人没有诉权。亦作「naked contract」、「nude contract」。
