outer bar 〈英〉外席律师 即初级出庭律师〔junior barrister〕,因其只能在法庭围栏〔bar〕以外进行诉讼活动而得名,区别于皇家大律师〔Queen’s Counsel〕,后者则可在法庭的围栏以内进行诉讼活动。
