partial emancipation

Emancipation that frees a child for only a part of the period of minority, or from only a part of the parent’s rights, or for only some purposes.

partial emancipation 部分摆脱管束；部分解放指父母允许未成年子女自行订立劳务合同，赚取和花费工资，但仍对子女进行监护和管束。也指父母部分放松或在一段时间内放松对未成年子女的照顾、监护和管束。
