postea n. (英格兰古法)诉讼程序说明 在初审法庭记录〔nisi prius record〕上所作的关于案件审理程序的正式说明。在15-18世纪时，陪审团作出裁断后，由巡回法官主持的初审程序〔proceedings at nisi prius〕即告终结，案件将被送回伦敦威斯敏斯特的法院以作出判决，在送回之前，要在诉讼记录上加上关于案件审理程序和陪审团所作裁断的说明。这段说明因其以拉丁语postea(意为afterwards)一词开始，此后便被称为postea，而且是由陪审团的裁断对其有利的一方当事人来撰写的。
