privity of estate 地产利害关系 指在土地出租人与承租人、终身地产保有人〔tenant for life〕与剩余地产权人〔remainderman〕或归复地产权人〔reversioner〕之间和其各自的受让人之间、以及在共同承租人或共同继承人之间存在的土地租赁、让与、保有、共有等关系。
