quae plura 〈拉〉查明死者拥有更多土地的令状 英国古时的一种令状。命令郡的复归财产管理官〔escheator〕在已经调查过死者依法占有的土地及保有物后，查明死者临终时拥有多少尚未查出的土地和保有物。
