quare incumbravit 〈拉〉(英格兰古法)因受妨碍 一种令状名称,分以下两种情况:其一是针对主教在一圣职空缺6个月内,当另外两人就圣职推荐权进行诉讼时,将圣职授予一执事,令状要求主教说明其原因。其二是针对主教在妨碍圣职推荐之诉〔quare impedit〕和最终推荐之诉〔darrein presentment〕结束之后,不遵守禁止授予圣职〔ne admittas〕令状而将圣职又授予某执事而发出的令状。该令状于1833年被取消。
