quorum n. 法定人数 指立法机构、委员会、董事会、股东大会、债权人会议等商议事务或投票时出席的成员所必须达到的最低数目。法定人数由宪法、法规、公司章程、俱乐部章程等规定，通常为超过半数。不足法定人数时作出的决定无效。其复数形式为quorums。
