real authority

real authority 实际代理权 指由本人〔principal〕有意授予代理人〔agent〕的权限，既包括明示代理权〔express authority〕——以书面或口头协议方式授予的代理权，也指默示代理权〔implied authority〕——通过代理人与本人的交往而使代理人合理相信其已获得代理权。亦作「actual authority」。
