rebus sic stantibus 〈拉〉情势变更 关于国际条约的一项原则，即在情势发生重大变化时，可以修改或终止条约。此项原则并非指缔约方可以自动免除条约义务，而是指可向另一方提出废除条约。所谓「情势重大变化」，多认为应结合缔约国的利益进行解释。国际法庭承认此项原则，但很少付诸实施。
