res mancipi 〈拉〉(罗马法)要式移转物 非经要式买卖〔mancipatio〕不得转让的物，如土地、房屋、奴隶、牲畜。与其相对的是略式移转物〔res nec mancipi〕，指除要式移转物外的全部物。(=mancipi res)
