school board 〈美〉学校委员会 通常指在市〔city〕、镇或者区的范围内管理公立学校的行政机构，由董事、委员或受托人〔trustees〕组成。有时在宪法性条款中特指禁止立法机关将征税权委托给其他委员会的一个特殊委员会。
