Second Amendment
Second Amendment 〈美〉美国宪法第二条修正案 该修正案在1791年作为《权利法案》〔Bill of Rights〕一部分获批准。尽管该条修正案使用了宽泛的用语表明保护「人民有持有和携带武器的权利」，但是美国最高法院在其对该条修正案极少见的解释中却对此项权利进行了严格限制，旨在使美国国会享有对枪支的占有和买卖进行限制的自由。该修正案仅适用于联邦政府，它并不能阻止州制定符合其意愿的任何枪支控制立法。
