substitution of attorney 律师的更换 指在未决案件中，一方当事人更换其记录在案的律师〔attorney of record〕。更换律师是当事人的权利，除非原来的律师与诉讼标的有利害关系，更换须经申请取得更换令并按规定程序进行。
