Tenth Amendment 〈美〉美国宪法第十条修正案 有时又称作被保留权力修正案〔Reserved Powers Amendment〕。这一《权利法案》〔Bill of Rights〕的最后条款把「宪法未授予合众国,也未禁止各州行使的权力,保留给各州行使,或保留给人民行使」。之所以增加这一条款主要是为了消除人们对联邦政府将侵蚀州权力的担心,然而它并没有真正对联邦与州权力进行明确划分。
