totten trust 暂时信托 指某人为他人而以本人名义作为受托人在自身银行存款上设立的信托。它通常用于指定银行账户的继承人，而无需订立遗嘱。这是一种可撤销信托〔revocable trust〕，存款人在生前随时都可以撤销该信托，除非存款人死亡或完成赠与。但是,如果存款人作出了决定性的不再撤销信托的声明，则该信托成为确定性信托〔absolute trust〕。亦作「tentative trust」;「bank-account trust」;「saving-account trust」或「saving-bank trust」。
