Tucker Act
Tucker Act 〈美〉《扩大权利申诉法院管辖权法》 美国国会为改变起初的权利申诉法院〔Court of Claims〕管辖权过窄的状况而进行的立法。根据本法的规定，权利申诉法院的管辖权除原有范围外，还扩大至公民根据宪法、国会通过的法律、行政机关的规章以及非由于侵权行为而提起的损害赔偿之诉。

A federal law enacted in 1887 to ameliorate the inadequacies of the original authority of the Court of Claims by extending that court’s jurisdiction to include (1) claims founded on the Constitution, a federal statute, or a federal regulation, and (2) damage claims in cases not arising in tort.
