valor maritagii 〈拉〉(英格兰古法) (1)拒婚金 服骑士役〔knight service〕之封臣去世时若其继承人未成年，则领主届时有权为该继承人指定婚姻——这一婚姻当然应该是公平的、无偏见的而且是般配的，如果这门亲事为后者所拒绝，则他或她要向领主缴纳一笔金钱，谓之拒婚金，其数额由陪审团决定或按通常情况下结成这门婚事所应向领主交付的数额来支付。 (2)征收拒婚金令(=value of marriage)
