vested legacy 确定的遗赠 尤指确定的动产遗赠，据此，受遗赠人享有一种确定无疑的可获得遗产给付〔payment〕的权利。它一般须由立遗嘱人通过在遗嘱中表示将其现在的或将来的可转让权益授予受遗赠人而完成。例如，一遗嘱规定，在受遗赠人年满21岁时可获得遗赠给付〔to be paid〕，则其属于确定的遗赠，因其获得给付是无条件的和绝对的。它与不确定的遗赠〔contingent legacy〕相对。 (→legacy; contingent legacy)
