warehouse n. 货栈；仓库 有相当规模的以接收和存放货物为目的的建筑，货物的存放可以是临时的，也可是较长一段时间的。在英格兰，根据1952年《海关职责法》〔Customs and Exercise Act〕，该词亦指保税仓库，用于存放应征收关税而未征收的货物，直至该批货物再被出口而不必征税，或其被提出而在本国消费。 (→drawback)
