n. 监护人的地位(职位、权力) 监护人拥有的、对无法自我照顾的人的管理权。监护权有四种：血亲监护权〔tutorship by nature〕、遗嘱监护权〔tutorship by will〕、法定监护权〔tutorship by the effect of law〕和法官指定监护权〔tutorship by the appointment of the judge〕。
