〈英〉劳资法庭 根据1964年《工业培训法》〔Industrial Training Act〕设立，处理解雇或裁员等各种僱佣关系纠纷。如对其裁判不服，可诉至劳工上诉法庭〔Employment Appeal Tribunal〕。
