title

title n. 这些要素在普通法上分为三项:1占有〔possession〕;2占有权〔right of possession〕;3单纯所有权〔right of property〕。 地位最高者为自由继承地产权〔fee simple〕,其下有终身地产权〔life estate〕、定期地产权〔term of years〕、占用者的产权〔just possession〕。
