完整的控诉

full prosecution 完整的控诉 指从起诉或提起控告直至对案件作出终局判决。为使案件构成未决诉讼〔lis pendens〕，必须在诉讼中存在自始至终的完整的控诉，而不能出现疏忽性的中断〔negligent intermission〕。
