ad quod damnum 〈拉〉(英格兰古法)损失估算令状;损害评估令状 以前由文秘署签发的一种令状,指令郡长对某一特定的行为或举措所可能带来的损害进行评估。最常见的情况是国王授予某人特权在某地建立市场、集市,郡长即需依此令状调查此举会对哪些人产生不利影响,产生什么样的不利影响等。另一种情况是出现在有人要将公路移作他用的情况。当土地所有人对损失评估不满时,此令状亦可作为权利令状签发。
