Court for Divorce and Matrimonial Causes 〈英〉离婚及婚姻案件法庭 指依据1857年《婚姻案件法》〔Matrimonial Causes Act〕设立的普通法法庭，它被赋予了以前英国教会法庭对婚姻案件的所有管辖权，此外还享有批准离婚、发布婚生宣告等新的权力。该法庭由御前大臣〔Lord Chancellor〕、王座法庭〔Queen’s Bench〕、民诉法庭〔Common Pleas〕和财税法庭〔Exchequer〕的3名首席法官和3名资深常任法官以及该法庭的常任法官组成全席庭〔full court〕，但实际上所有的案件都是由常任法官一审。依据1873年《司法组织法》〔Judicature Act〕，该法庭被撤销，其职能转归新的高等法院中的家事分庭〔Family Division〕。
