delict 〈拉〉(罗马法)不法侵害；不法行为；违法行为；侵权行为；轻罪 在罗马法中，它包括那些对个人或其财产造成直接影响，危及到整个地区的安宁而构成轻罪〔misdemeanor〕的公共不法行为〔public delict〕，也包括行为人并无恶意的侵害行为。
