elegit 〈拉〉(英格兰古法)占地执行令 原拉丁文含义为「他已作出选择」。根据1285年《威斯敏斯特法Ⅱ》〔Statute of Westminster Ⅱ〕,判决之后的债权人有权在两种救济中作出选择。第一种是通过签发给郡长的「动产扣押令」〔fieri facias,常简称为fi fa〕来收回债款，第二种即通过「占地执行令」，占有债务人的一半土地和动产(牛及其他耕畜除外)，以土地的租金或收益来清偿债务，直至偿清为止。1677年《欺诈法》〔Statute of Frauds〕规定这一令状可适用于信托地产。根据1838年《判决法》〔Judgments Act〕，该令状的执行范围可延及债务人的全部土地。根据1883年《破产法》〔Bankruptcy Act〕，这一令状不再适用于动产。1956年，这一令状被废止,代之以法院可为之在败诉债务人的土地上设定抵押权。
