law of marque 捕拿抵偿法；报复法 在国际法上，当一国或其国民及财产遭受他国或其国民的侵害，又不能通过正常司法程序得以解决时，赋予受侵害国捕拿处于其境内的侵害方的船舶或货物的权利，以此弥补侵害行为造成的损失。
