natural affection 亲情；血缘感情 指在近亲属〔close relatives〕间自然存在的相互喜爱的感情，如父子间等。它可以成为合同的情感对价〔good consideration〕。尤其对已履行完毕的合同而言，亲情可充当有效的对价，但它并不足以支撑一个尚待履行的合同。 (→executory contract)
