pallio cooperire (英格兰古法)盖身礼 一种古代风俗,当婚前生有子女的配偶双方举行婚礼时,配偶双方与孩子共同站在一块布下,表示该非婚生子被合法化。不过这种使非婚生子女合法化的程序仅为大陆法、而不为普通法所认可。诺曼底、苏格兰、法国和德国均有此习俗,而在后两个国家中这类孩子又被称为「披风下的孩子」〔mantle children〕。
