quantum meruit 〈拉〉应得额；合理金额 １服务的合理价格，以及在准合同(如不当得利)中计算赔偿额的合理数额；２合理服务费请求权；３在普通法上，计算违约赔偿数额的一个标准。该词作为衡平救济的一种方式，现仍用于返还不当得利之诉中。
