quotient verdict 平均数裁断 经商定由各陪审员分别写下其认为恰当的赔偿额，再把各数额的总和除以陪审员的人数，依此作出的裁断即为平均数裁断。如最后确定的数额再经陪审团仔细考虑并一致认为公平合理，则不得对之提出异议。
