shifting use 移转的用益权 一种次顺位的或将来实现的用益权，其实现须以在先的地产权消灭为条件。通常在用益权创设以后，由于某一事件的发生而使其由一方受益人转移至他方受益人。例如，某一土地被授予甲及其继承人享有用益权，同时规定，如果乙从罗马回来，则应由丙及其继承人享有用益权。该用益权即为转移的用益权，在事件发生时自动转移给丙。这种转移的用益权通常见于各种协议中。
