sublease
sublease n. 转租；分租 土地或房屋的承租人将其享有的同一财产利益转让给第三人而形成的租赁，但其期间须较原承租期间短。承租人转让的利益应比其承租时享有的利益范围要窄，或保留在租期内的回复租赁权。亦作「subtenancy」，尤其在英格兰，多作「underlease」。
